I’ve seen it take even longer for some of my coworkers. It took me about a month to actually get to work after I was offered the job. IGB takes forever to get fingerprinting done. Training is a bit lacking in some respects, mostly due to how ridiculously short staffed it is. If you’re not a gambler some aspects can be confusing and there’s not much direction when you ask for details. Unfortunately the equipment, therefore most of the ways the job is done is outdated. The job is easy once you learn all the programs and many, many steps to each aspect.
